Events:
1. Title. 129 Thirteenth Lord Gary, succeeded brother Charles in 1786. Inherited mother's property at Kinfauns 14 June 1790.
Served heir 28 Nov 1787 and committed suicide, on account, it is said, of a love disappointment, at Kinfauns Castle on 12 Dec 1807, aged 53.
2. Military. 135 Cornet in the 2nd Dragoons (scots greys), lieutenant in 1776, captain 15th Dragoons in 1779, but retired 1788.
